Amazing tool! I have a hard time cleaning my ear because I am scared that I will injure my eardrum but with this tool, it makes everything so easy. You can clearly see where the dirt is. Easy to use and good value for the money! Highly recommended!

The camera worked good, but it took some patience to get it downloaded on my phone. It was easy to download on my son's phone, so not sure what the problem was. It worked as advertised. Satisfied.

Setting up the device is not very easy- the item comes with a paper with QR code to the app. Connecting to its Wi-Fi was tuff but once I get it going it works great! Still working on my technique and I don’t want to hurt my ears so practicing a lot. But it is really cool to see in there. My ears already feel more open.

I like that I can see in my ears now! I have it 3 stars because the picture quality isn’t the best so it can be hard to see what your looking at. It also lags a good bit because I live in the country and don’t have cell service and you have to hook up to the ear wax removal tool so then I’m not hooked to Wi-Fi and it makes it super slow moving. Other than that it’s a good tool for the price.

Frankly speaking I was a little skeptical about this product as I was worried if I would hurt the ear drum by mistake. Upon trying it out all my inhibitions were put to rest. This is a very simple tool that does the job well. No pain but only gain, one definitely needs to be cautious and not let the kids do it themselves. My daughter has excessive wax build up in her ears and it pretty difficult to get it out each time every other day. So this tool has been a pretty handy tool I have purchased in a while now. Has made it a breeze to clean her ears every week on the outer surface and voila it’s done. Definitely a good buy for us!
