We buy a lot of these and have not had trouble with any of them. Works well in temperature extremes, no issues.

Bios Won't Boot After Six Months
Edited Review: I want to make special note that the Seller took action to help me resolve this issue. I am upgrading my rating to 4-stars due to their involvement of helping me to create a desirable outcome to my problem. I purchased this NUC as a replacement for my desktop to clean-up and better organize my work area. The device worked smashingly well until it... well... stopped working. I turned on the PC and I received a notification that there were issues with the BIOS. Having had experience with BIOS related issues in the past, I followed Intel NUC's suggested remedies. I created a BIOS image on a thumb drive but device will not boot from the USB and the device just sits with a black screen never providing me the option to update the BIOS. There is no way to restore the old BIOS file as I am not able to get to the BIOS screen to reset defaults. It is frustrating to spend this much money on a device that after six months is worthless. Just for the record, this is literally the first review I have ever written about a product on Amazon after making arguably hundreds of business purchases through this platform.

Fabulous product
Great, easy to setup. I combined this with wireless keyboard/mouse and now it’s my “daily driver” for computing. It came with Windows 11 and was a piece of cake to setup. I had it going in well under an hour.

Great customer service
Computer arrived in a timely manner with no problems. Had some problems transferring my files because I was not familiar with Windows 11. Had an issue with the internet but the fast customer service response helped resolve the issue.

This little PC has excellent performance, which is beyond my expectation. In my opinion, It would be fully capable of operating all the office works I need, including those office soft wares, and email, and online surfing. I also play league of legend and Xbox games with ultra solution and it runs perfectly. With a price like this, the internal memory is sufficient for me. Size wise, it is a perfectly fit for my office and super convenient with diverse connection ports. Once I connect a to monitor, keyboard, and mouse it is ready to use immediately with the existing Window11(the biggest plus for me). I would have recommended it if your daily use is focus more on the practical and cost-performance
