Theses phones are much nicer than I thought they would be. They have some weight to then and feel like good quality. I really like that you can link two phones to them with Bluetooth. The other neat thing is you can be on the two cell line simultaneously. It also has an answering machine, which we don’t use. The page all or individual phone is convenient as well. Glad I got them

Good phones, nice features. A little bit awkward to return to charger. The last thing I heard real good was an artillery round in Vietnam so I could use a little more volume. Love the CALL BLOCK BUTTON

Our old set was about 10+ years old and batteries could not hold charge.These phones are awesome , easy to use , easy to put in numbers,The great feature we use is to block telemarketers and unwanted calls

I no longer have a land line. When I come home I do not want to carry my cell phone around like a pet rock from office to bedroom and I did not want to carry it to my shop where it could be damaged during work.'If I was injured (or confronted) in the shop I have always tried to have a phone there so I could call 911.There is no way to tell these badly designed menus and keys that there is no land line. Instead it defaults to that. I can't figure out how to answer a cell phone call. When I made a call to a friend who was not available I did not want to leave a voicemail, I just wanted to hang up. I could not figure a way to do that. The manual tells me I have to go thru some counterintutive menus and key controls to do the simplest things.Oh, yeah, the volume when on speaker is weak.

Amazon gave me instructions to return the phone for credit and I bought a replacement (same model...) and it's on its way as I write. I don't remove stars because it worked well to begin with; but there must be some kind of weakness in this individual phone. Sometimes electrical components are imperfect. Get what you pay for. It’s says noice canceling but they are not. Work in a daycare and people can still hear all the kids in the background

Battery life is terrible. There’s a reason they’re so cheap. They have ton of settings but can’t hardly use them because they die after 2-3 calls.

2 of the 4 handsets will not charge so they are not usable.
