Notary Services Receipt Book

I consider this receipt book to be an essential item for notaries who have to write out receipts. It is important that all my fees be documented so that I am not accused of charging more than the statutory per-signature limit. This receipt book has entries for Notary Fees (flat rate or per-signature), Travel charges (Flat fee or mileage), Supplies/Copies, and Other fees. It has a line to record which page relates to a receipt for easy reference. Also, each receipt has a unique reference number to help with your records. I can think of nothing to improve on these receipt books. I highly recommend them.

I got licensed to become a notary earlier this year to help with my job. When I first started and ordered all my supplies directly from the vendor one thing ny kit did not come with was a receipt book. After spending some time on Google and Amazon browsing and looking at different receipt books, I decided that this was the one for me. It has a lot of extra additional information that you may not necessarily need, but I figure it's better to have too much information rather than not enough. I would recommend this.

Updated 9/16 - Notary Trainer continues to update this receipt book! Now with Pro Bono as an option! I love having a receipt for every transaction, and so does my accountant. Now my receipts tie to every line in my journal. Love the addition of the paypal option for payment, and removing the notary phsyical address. I am mobile and happy to share my phone number and email for obvious reasons, but dont want to put a physical address, great that this is updated for that purpose

This receipt book is soooo convenient!!!! It's small yet has a lot of pages and my favorite part is that it has a spot to write in travel charges!! I am very pleased and cannot wait to start using it. I also signed up for paypal business where they send you a free card reader to hook up on your phone so you can accept credit cards as well anywhere. So that combined with this checkbook - I am ready to rumble! Price is the best! Beats eBay with prime shipping

I've been a professional notary for 10+ years, so I charge for my services and make sure I issue receipts every time. The thing I like most about this Receipt Book is the price. I haven't been able to find something comparable or better - and I have looked. Other Receipt Books that are tailored to notary work are far more expensive. What I don't like about this Receipt Book is that it is a little "busy". Slightly too many fields to complete. I think I'd like it better if they'd give me more space to write out information. That being said, I'll keep buying and using this. Eventually, I'll probably start printing my own with my own logo and branding. The receipts look exactly like what's depicted in the photo. There are a total of 49 receipts in each booklet. I find that they are less expensive here on Amazon than buying from the company itself (the URL is listed on the front cover). I use a ink stamp with my name, address, etc., and stamp all of the receipts ahead of time. This saves me writing in the information over and over.

Not all of my customer need a rct but when some ask this is good to have. For Notaries there are not a lot of electronic ways to deliver a rct unless its a invoice, so this works for General Notary Work.

My go-to for notary receipts. Easy to use and duplicates. I bought an inexpensive stamper to fill in my name and phone # on the receipts and it works wonderfully.

Photo is misleading. Thought I was getting 2 but only got 1. Gave a 5 star only for the product but think seller should change that picture to a picture of 1 book or start shipping 2.
