quiet, works
I bought this to stick behind a ps5 because it sits in a fairly narrow shelf. It runs off the rear USB port. Because it's a 5v fan it is pretty low rpm but it still gets the job done and isn't obnoxious and loud.

Nice Quiet Fan
I only just took this out of the packaging and put it directly into use as cooling fans for our home router. I read all the reviews about these being noisy, and perhaps there were some that fit that description. However, the ones I got were super quiet! Seems to be a great value for the money. It moves heat away from my router and the fit was perfect. The three position speed switch works fine and I run the fan on high constantly. I'll update if the durability isn't good. I expect at least a year or more of service.

Great cooling, but fan bearings are slightly noisy and can be heard in a quiet room.
Fans push a lot of air and are excellent at cooling, but the fan bearings are loud (if you're sensitive to noise). At the low setting, I can hear the fan bearings during quiet moments in movies or games. I will be returning. For most folks, this should work just fine.

Keep my AVR cool.
Use this to cool down my AVR and is work as advertised. There are 3 speeds settings and so far I use the lowest speed and it is still able to keep my AVR cool down after hours of use. Would recommend it to others.
