Not worth the money
This liner pencil is hard. It does not transfer. I have tried to use it four times with the same result. The only way it works is to heat the pencil. Not worth the money. The first pic of lips is this liner. The second one is my regular lip liner. Same color.

Very Dissatisfied
It was very, very bad, it was so stiff and colorless that I threw away both pencils. It was so unusable and don't buy it at all.
