It doesn’t stay hot

Very pathetic product. Doesn’t stay hot even for 15 mins, it’s just like any other glass.

I've had this travel mug for about a month and I use it daily for my morning commute to work. I love the smaller size - easier to hold and more portable... more like a regular coffee cup. The design is cute and it does an admirable job of keeping my coffee hot for the couple hours I usually take to drink it.Best part is It's SUPER LEAK PROOF! When the drink spout is properly closed, I've actually been able to (carefully) put it in my tote bag and even will all the jostling of running for the train, all the coffee stayed on the inside. I wouldn't recommend testing this to hard though.My only concern is the same one I have when I buy anything this cheap...will it hold up over time? Or will the plastic start to degrade and the gasket come loose? My fingers are crossed!

This product is just the right size, and it keeps my coffee warm . I like how the flap folds away from spout making it easier to drink from .

It's not amazing, but it is solid on all key fronts. It is leak-proof, albeit it doesn't feel sturdy enough closure to just throw it in a bag and not worry. It does retain heat, but not as much as many metal mugs (that's actually a positive if you want to drink your coffee / tea within 30 minutes of adding it). I was disappointed it wasn't dishwasher safe (I've still been dishwashing mine). Overall, it works with no issues. It's not amazing, but it's good at everything needed

This cup for me was an "almost", which was a pity because there are some great things about it especially for the low price.Firstly - its total capacity is 380ml, so you can get a 12 oz drink and still screw the lid on. Not every barista is going to fill up to just under the threaded part, but for those who are observant enough to, that's convenient.Secondly - the size and grippy silicone band are comfortable to hold and it fits into a cup holder too.Thermal performance is so-so, I drink my coffee in about an hour or so and it does OK with keeping it warm.However, there are several drawbacks to its usability too:Firstly - the lid, although threaded, is rather fiddly to close securely. The silicon band around the lid got slightly loose in less than a week and that makes it hard to seal it in just so. This is the main feature that lost stars for me on both the Leak Proof and Value for Money aspects.Secondly - It's top heavy, although in a large part that will happen with a cup of this size that is sized to go into car cup holders. The base has a rubberized spot to make it grippier, but because the lid adds to the weight up top, it's not as stable as a wider-bottomed design. I've toppled it before by accident with disastrous results.In short - it'd be a serviceable car mug, not necessarily a great desk one.

Bought this for work because the one I had never kept my coffee hot, this keeps it so hot I have to take the lid off for it to cool sometimes! Haven’t tested out the leak proof but it screws on which makes me feel like it’s leak proof
