Great buy
The chair is very good and ergonomic. I have been using it for past few months and have no issues.

No swing action
It's good one, yet it don't have a swing support.

Go for it and careful with backrest
Chair wheel is broken under a year and they covered in warranty and replaced entire wheel base of the chair. For that I can give 5 stars however the back support screws came off along with the threading. That cannot be fixed and the warranty is also finished.

Solid chair, excellent customer service from Cellbell
I purchased this chair in December 2025. By June 2026, one of the wheels broke into two parts and kept coming off whenever I sat down. Since it was still under warranty, I contacted Cellbell support. Within 10 days, they sent me a complete new set of 5 wheels. The chair is working perfectly now and the quality is good. I'm not sure what caused the issue with the original wheel but I'm satisfied with the replacement and the support. The delivery was also fine. Thank you...Cellbell!
