I realigned it and it was fine. I also had to buy a new pipe to the bowl as the modern ones seem to be 38mm whereas mine was 40mm. So, on to the flush, the hook which connects to the lever is at 90 degrees to what it need to be and as you can't seem to rotate it I had to use a metal ring to connect the two and due to the resulting extra length I have to move the lever a full 90 degrees before the plunger moves the water to the top of the syphon making it flush. It's not a bad piece of kit, the dual flush system is a good idea and easy to change. As for sturdiness, it's ok. Would I buy another ?
