Q: My barrell lenght (width of door) is 90cm- if i bought this where would i get the part to make it the correct lenght?

Q: What is the water proof IP rating?

Not sure what is IP rating but the lock can be used outside with rainy conditions. Water drain the battery if you keep your fingerprint scanner upright.

Q: Can you unlock remotely via Bluetooth? Or does it it have be wireless (via the hub)?

A hub is needed I used it with a ble mesh hub for less than £10.00 of Amazon and worked perfectly but I sent the lock back do to it been square it had to be turned to close the door as if on a angle it caught the lock on the door frame.
