Awful to take but works brilliantly to relieve pains in joints in all forms
Awful to take but works brilliantly to relieve pains in joints in all forms. Took this product constantly for 3 months and forgot I had a problem. It actually healed the problem. 5 years down the road and back on it again. Been taking for 6 weeks. Forgot to take it for 2 days as I was pain free. (The pain is what usually reminds me to take this awful tasting stuff). Symptoms not completely healed yet. This product is fantastic as well as the other version by higher nature. I start with 2 tsps a day. Doesn't dissolve well at all but I mix with very little juice and swallow quickly. After pain gone can reduce to 1 tsp then to 1/2 every other day. Perfect results for me if one can persevere with the taste

Great for energy levels.
I used this product to help me get through the day. I get an energy slump mid afternoon. I only take half a teaspoon in small glass of water. If i take it later in the day, I stay wide awake the whole night, which is not a good thing. It also helped with my anxiety & inflamation. I don't have that feeling of being overwhelmed, especially doing day to day tasks. gone down a dress size too.Brilliant product. Will buy again in future.
