Happy with quality, size of capsules (standard, easy to swallow) and blend of ingredients. I felt these worked really well when taken daily.

Unfortunately after taking daily for a week I started getting stomach pains and had to visit the toilet frequently! I stopped taking the tablets and the stomach pains stopped. I think the tablets were just too strong for my system. My husband continues to take them and seems fine, so not a waste of money!

These are not the easiest pills to swallow and I have yet to notice any real benefit to taking them. I will give them another couple of weeks to see if there is any difference in my health or outlook and if not then I will give these up as an unpleasant experience.

Sadly it's hard to tell how good these immune boosters, because it takes a long time to see the change. So the only thing I can say for sure is, that the price is average, but the supplement's ingredients are promising.

I've taken other quercetin supplements on their own and mini complexes very similar to this one previously after a lot of research so am already very confident about it's benefits regarding lowering blood pressure especially, as well as it being a very good general anti-inflammatory and antioxidant, which there is a lot of published research out there to read - just make sure you're clear about the benefits and if you need to supplement with this or not before taking it based on other people's opinions unless they're professionals offering you specific advice.If you know a quercetin supplement like this is the right supplement for you right now then the 60 capsules here represent pretty good value as it isn't a cheap supplement generally and these will last around a month if taken at the recommended one a day so per month isn't too bad price wise considering the other added vitamins included in this complex and would recommend.

I really appreciate the fact that this is a clearly marked vegan supplement with a vegetarian capsule shell. The capsules are typical size and easy enough to swallow. You are getting 60 here and if you stick to the recommended serving size of 2 then they will last you around a month. Pretty good value for money. You get a decent expiry date so more than enough time to use this supplement up. Certainly one to consider for your immune health.
