The item fitted like a glove 👌 good value for what I payed .

Easy to install, but backset is few millimetres short
This is very easy to install and great for replacing my broken espagnolettes on my window. However, the espagnolette does not grip and the backset is few millimetres short when I installed it on my window. I did three windows and it was all the same. I had to put an extra metal piece to shorten the distance and for the grip to take place.

Great item.
Great item. The mechanism is very smooth and measurements were as described. Comes with more than enough screws which is useful for those who don't have screws already.

Window repair
After having a window mechanism fail, it was a case of measuring up and ordering the right length. Fitted perfectly, just needed screwing into place with the supplied screws and lining up the catches. Saved me needing to call someone out. Easy job.

NOT universal
Unfortunately NOT universal. Length is good but the unlock mechanism is both significantly wider and shorter in profile.

Works perfectly with small modifications
I used this to replace a broken mechanism on an older Everest window. Fitted well and works perfectly. I had to make some small modifications to the window frame but these were simple and just basic DIY skills needed
