50g Tube Cat Dog Laxative

Our cat needs to be on some kind of laxative long-term, so was pleased to find a reasonably priced one on here, as some of them are really expensive for the amount that you get. Our cat will happily eat this in her food, although it does stay in a solid line (like toothpaste) so would recommend that you mash it well, into the food.

This is a must have. Based on the reviews I hoped it would work. And it DID INDEED.A very gentle laxative. Not even a laxative, more like softener. My boy was constipated and I started to get really worried.I bought this and thank god, my boy doesn't hate the taste. He actually almost like it. I think it's the sticky consistency that makes it tricky. He kicked half of it off my finger, and I put the rest on his tongue. It went down so easily thanks to its runny honey consistency. Before he realised, he ate all that was needed to consume.I was watching him and within 24 hours, the golden sausages were laid. Never been happier. A big hairball sausage passed. Very pleased as the rest of the produce was very soft. Not runny but really soft.So I will give him this weekly to prevent scare.Smells nice, must taste alright.One tip: don't smear it into your cat paw lol unless you want to sticky stuff in your freshly dyed hair.Effective yet gentle stuff.Highly recommend!

We gave this to our cat when she was constantly grooming herself and got constipated.. she is a fusspot but surprisingly loved the malt flavour. 🤙Only thing was , it took almost the full tubr to get her sorted and back to her old self .Bit pricey but very effective

Our older cat has trouble with getting bunged up a lot. We cant afford to take him to the vets everytime and chunk out a load of money. This is a great thing to try before you have to take the next step. 24 hours later he was cleared out and back to his normal self! We have a very purry cat

It works! Purchased as our cat was stressed following a dog stay over with us. We thought he hadn’t been to the toilet for days as he only used a tray. Cat loved the taste. Turns out the cat had been going on the lawn :-| what I will say is that there were regular deposits following this treatment.

Was hoping this was going to do the job after reading reviews. A great idea in theory, good price, packaged and delivered well. As soon as I pierced the membrane my cat vanished, I agree with him - the smell hits you, it’s not pleasant and lingers for ages! I did manage later on and put some gel on his front leg. He was far from impressed and scowled at me, he walked/limped with his front leg lifted up and wiped it off on the bed!

So....I have an older tabby who struggled in the heat, long story short, the anti-inflammatory liquid from the vet for stress induced cystitis caused constipated....so I tried one product off amazon which was a liquid psyllium husk with Indian herbs that did nothing (wrong kind of constipation- I didn't know that cats with dehydration linked constipation rather than lack of fibre type constipation should NOT be given psyllium husk but rather a paste with a lubricant in it)- so I then tried this- I was getting desperate as no decent poop for 5 days. I initially mixed it into a little prawn puree whizzed up in my blender which he lapped up approx a third, then decided that was an ineffective way of measuring how much paste he actually got inside him, so i then just squirted some of the paste onto the end of a pipette and after a frank exchange of views, got it into his mouth (mostly). He was a bit surprised that he didn't hate the taste and licked off the splatters off his legs and the table and my sleeve. That was happened yesterday afternoon. It honestly feels like I've been victorious in hostage negotiations with a healthy looking poop delivered in the litter tray overnight. I've given him another dose this morning as I feel like there's more poop hostages held in his bowels. I would recommend this paste. BUT you must also push fluids- tuna water, cat paste sachets mixed into little soups, wet foods, water water water water. Also, use a cat undercoat comb in the summer especially, but all year round is helpful for hairballs.
