Pony Eye Hand Sewing Needle Compact: Tapestry, Metal, Multi-Colour

The case took me back in time to my first sewing kit in the 80s! Love it! I know some reviewers have had issues with it and I also saw on the packaging that it doesn't explain how it works - so if you don't know, you don't know! You basically hold the outer circle, which has a little slot in. You turn the casing around until that little opening is over the needles you want to use. Then just empty the needle out. So the 'lid' never needs to come off. Just remember to turn the opening back down to the bottom when finished, otherwise you will end up losing your needles!I'm very pleased with these needles, particularly the fact they are colour coded. I've been using them daily for cross stitch for about a month now and, for me, I've only had a very slight change in the needle 'paint', which I know other reviewers had mentioned problems with. I've had no problems at all. As you can see in my pic, it's still blue and easy to identify. Good quality, strong needles too - no breaks or bending. It's such a brilliant and clever idea to identifying your needles, thank you! (Plus a great price, too!).

I was having a nightmare with loosing my embroidery needles and found these on Amazon after some looking.There is a good range of sizes and plenty of them in each section meaning if you loose them easily like me, you won't be needing to rifle through your sewing boxes to find more. The case is easy to use and great for keeping them all together.The colour is really handy for identifying the size of the needle, as well as the type if they get mixed in with other sewing needles. The eyes are wide enough for multiple threads and I have found them easy to thread.Overall very satisfied. Great value for money.

Very good needles and strong

Excellent quality really pleased with these needles the coloured ends is a great idea and also stops them being so slippery so gives added grip to prevent dropping them. I had no problems with the case you just have to remove the pack from the card then ensure to remove the tape that is covering the needle case hole in order for it to turn. Anyway the case is just an added bonus so if you dont get on with it then keep them in your own container. Best needles I have used before and I have been embroidering for about 45 years.

Very hard to turn the wheel.so the needles come out....I've ended up cracking the lid ... wouldn't buy again

These are the best cross stitch needles I have ever come across, in all the sizes you could ever need, and with coloured eyes too, to make threading easy.
