This better then the flash power mop?

In my opinion yes it's better. The Flash mop requires you to use specific bottles of cleaning solution which you have to buy in the shops. Everytime you run out, you have to buy a new one. This mop comes with 2 bottles. You can keep refilling them with your choice of cleaning solution which saves a lot of money. Hope that helps.
