I absolutely loved this product.It is compact and well made, it seems very robust and perfect for camping. Portable and solidly built with a strong section for hanging but also balances easily on a solid enough base to just place down on a surface.Having tested it over a period of time it gives off a good light on a high setting over a decent area and on a low, ambient light it provides a lovely, warming yellow glow that seems to last forever without the need to recharge.The adjustable dimmer allows you to control the exact amount of light that you want to project depending on your needs or mood.Not tested in poor conditions yet but seems like a very high quality product with plenty of longevity at this stage.Would highly recommend. Outstanding product.

Loved this lantern, rechargeable which is great. Adjustable brightness and easily portable. Not too heavy and a good size without being overbearing. It looked cute and we could use in the garden as well as when away camping so very versatile. High quality and sturdy.

Really high quality and an absolute bargain, this was less than £10 but I would have happily paid £30 for it.The dimmer goes from a golden colour all the way to bright white, the fact that is rechargeable is great as I don’t need to buy batteries, it’s USB C and takes about 2 hours to charge.Handy hook attachment, perfect for taking camping or even using in the garden in the evening

Our garden has no electric outlets or lights, so we've had to improvise. These little lamps have been great. The light seems to last a long time. I have yet to leave them on for hours and hours, since it is summer, and light until quite late. But in the couple of tests I've done, it seems that they will last a good few hours. More than enough for an evening of drinks in the garden.The way they work is a little odd. From the lowest dim setting, you turn up the brightness, and they are warm, yellowish light. When you hit the highest warm light setting, another set of cold white lights come on. This causes the warm lights to dim slightly, but when the switch is all the way up, both sets are on full, and the overall light is considerably brighter, but also considerably colder. I doubt that we will ever use the brightest setting unless we are looking for something outside. The warm LEDs are much more pleasant light.I find myself a little doubtful of the weather-proofing, however. The rubber cover for the USB charge-port is easily knocked off, and I find it hard to believe that it would really keep out the rain. So for that reason, we simply bring them inside whenever we are done with them. This isn't a big deal, and perhaps the rubber cover really is sufficient. But I'm not willing to take the chance. It doesn't feel very trustworthy.Overall, I'm happy with them. They look nice and throw more than enough light for our tiny outdoor table area. And the battery-life seems to be good so far.

Cute little lantern, my husband really loves it. Got 3 of this and used them as a part of Christmas deco, gave a cosy glow in our dining room for dinner gathering. It was made of good quality plastic.I've only had it for 6 days, so far so good.

These lanterns are great! They proved very useful for a cabin in winter and they provided a lovely atmosphere. They are easy to use, light weight and very good.

The Blukar camping lantern is a well made, sturdy and great looking light that provides a fair amount of light.The lantern is IPX5 waterproof and made primarily out of metal and plastics. The plastic light shade/diffuser is protected by a iron wire housing over it which prevents damage if it is dropped or hits another object. There is a hook built on the top which allows you to hang the device.The lantern has two light temperatures 3000K and 4500K and a on/off and dimming knob. On the top of the device there is also LED lights that indicate the current charge. There is a rubber stopper thst fits over the charging port which is USB-C and takes a few hours to fully charge the 2600mAh battery.There are two different LED bulbs inside, the outer one comes on until you turn the knob aboout half or more on then the filament looking LED turns dim as the much brighter diode LED in the top of the device take over.This device is great for the cabin, camping, hiking, fishing or for around the patio at night. The brightness can be turned from very dim to bright and the bright setting in the 4500K light is sufficient for lighting a work area or backyard to light pathways or areas for safety. Overall it is a great value due to its very good build quality and light ability.

I think this lantern could take whatever a typical campsite could dish out to it.In addition to four filaments for side lighting, the lantern has a battery of LEDs built under the hood that illuminate downward, providing 180° of light on a downward arc as well as 360° of light horizontally.To add some science to this review I measured the lantern’s light output using a handheld photographic light meter. At a distance of 24 inches the lantern provided 19 foot candles of downward light, and 11 foot candles of horizontal light. Truth be told, this is not an immense amount of illumination but it will add a pleasant ambience to any campsite.For those looking for a stylish lantern that will provide moderate illumination, variable to candlelight, this lantern fits the bill. I recommend it because it looks so much better than the many plastic lanterns that you typically find at campsites.
