The radio was great for the first few months, then it stopped working. I sent an email and they got back to me and are giving me a full refund do it. Good customer service.

I found the back up camera broken right out of the box and when I installed it all I got was a blue screen and the installation is not easy it needs to be wired into the brake signal and reverse signal unless you plan on not using the reverse camera if you buy this plan on a professional installation unless you know how to read wiring diagrams definitely not for a DIY job and interface is confusing save your money spend a little more and get something worth your time and money

I bought this to replace the stereo in my older Ford F150. I found the videos and the customer service was exceptional in installing and setting up my new stereo. Judy has helped me clear up some questions on setting up the stereo and also sent me a more thorough instruction manual. In the future, if I need to purchase another stereo for any of my other vehicles, I will definitely purchase it from them.

The screen sticks when deploying and doesn't tilt back properly as shown in the image, of course you won't find this out until you have made all the adjustments to the mounting bracket you bought and connected it to the wiring harness you bought. Not even sure of it works yet and I'm fed up.Update: the company contacted me about my experience with their product, they replaced the unit to my satisfaction and have made things right. Apparently, they strive to solve the issue and want to provide a solid product that meets your needs. I would shop with them again.

Honestly you can get way better for spending a little more. It doesn’t always sense my finger and I have to fight with it to press things. I should’ve gotten a dash kit for my 02 grand caravan because fitting this sucked and you cannot have the screen go in or out while you’re in gear because it hits the Column shifter. So if anyone has a column shifter beware of that. You’ll need to have it in park in order to operate the screen in and out. I have not hooked up the backup camera yet, the wire they supply is too short and I need an extension. I bought from crutch field for the 11 crv because I wanted them to supply me with all that I need for the car specifically

Carplay gets stuck so much thet I decided to use bluetooth only. User interface feels cheap and complicated. Not many options to customize. Still works at the time, should have gone with a simpler stereo

I brought this product in June of 2023 and now we're in October!!!!!! The setup was easy but, it's garbage. The radio just completely stop working, so I brought it to a sterio radio system store where they said it cheap and is not repairable.If anyone thinking of buying this don't. It's garbage!!!! Please 🙏🏾 don't do it!!!
