Can not understand instructions
First of all, product is NOT the size they advertise as you can see from picture. Secondly, all the writing is in chinese. I tried taking the sponge it comes with & the product & its a waist of money. DO NOT BUY if you can’t read chinese. Went right to the garbage. Will try a DIY that they posted see if that works.

This product I was saying it's pretty so so I didn't expect to do as much work as I did even with the hot water as it recommended. It did not have any English instructions. So you kind of like Willie leaving you the dark?

This product is lousy. It does not do what it says it took almost a month to get it and the product was not the same as the picture. Much much smaller and all was written on was Chinese. Don't buy this. Big waste of money
