The Adilette debuted in 1970 as a shower slide for the German national football team during the world's biggest match in Mexico before being officially released back in '72. It's been a style mainstay of adidas ever since. These slides stay true to the original look with a contoured footbed and 3-Stripes across the bandage upper. Regular fit type and Normal shoe width.

Stick with original size for a snug fit
Ignored advice to get bigger size than normal and so glad I did. Usually a 9 and went with a 9 despite Adidas recommending going a size up. Feet are also slightly narrow and wanted a snug fit. Consequently they fit perfectly and mould nicely to feet. Very comfortable and a staple for the summer! Can’t go wrong with these- the original sliders!

Runs small for size. Go one whole size up! I am usually a 39 or UK 6 but found my size too small. Had to return and bought the next size up (7) and it fits so much better
