Bought this as my health wasn't in the best place and my diet needed changing, so I decided to take a look at some natural green supplements as I don't get too much fruit and veg in my diet (probably not as much I should have been) to aid in the diet overhaul. Since taking this it generally makes you feel better, unsure wether this is a placebo or not but after about 30 mins to an hour it makes me feel awake and more aware (no brain fog).I personally think that this is a great supplement, and I will continue to use it. Also I will be looking at purchasing a bigger tub of this as I think its benefiting my overall wellbeing.As for the taste whoever says it tastes good I'm not sure thats entirely true I just down it in one as it tastes like earth to me, but in my opinion its not about taste it's for nutrition and I personally feel like its working for me.TLDR: Makes me feel awake, makes me feel good, packed with good stuff, tastes like earth :D, but I think it's having a positive effect for me so I am going to carry on using it.

I do a shot each morning with water (1/4 of a pint). It doesn't taste too bad. Spinach is strong smelling. but i do wash it down with more water after.I feel like i have more energy and less bloating that before so seems to be working OK.. No side effects.Will probably buy another when this runs out.

Used to love Amazing Grass greens drink as it actually tasted ok. However, they changed their recipe recently and after doing some research, I discovered that they were fined in 2019 for selling products containing excessive levels of lead and cadmium. You can read about this in an LA Times article freely available through a simple online search. There are a lot of historical reviews online about this companies products that are now not available so they are misleading. The new recipe for many of their greens powers has recently been changed in the EU. It's much sweeter and doesn't contain any of the gut heath enzymes it used to. I'm now researching to find a healthier alternative!

I add this to my morning protein smoothie with a little fruit and honey. I prefer this original to the others. It is a powerful punch of greens which I am sure my body is happy about!

Really good flavour. Thought i was going to throw up once i had it. But it was the opposite. Actually tastes good. Has a bit of a sweet flavour into it. Impressed. Thankyou

Amazing productAfter taking supergreens I have felt such a difference in my energy levels,performance and general health! Fantastic product and value for money. taste is ok but you do get use to it after a week. I would recommend this product to people into there fitness this will make a difference.

pricey but the best tasting greens powder going. don't get me wrong, you can still taste it in smoothies, but it's way less over bearing than other brands. i mix it with spinach, frozen mango, cacao nibs and kefir

On the surface, this stuff looks great. However, the green tea content is bonkers. It makes it unusable for me. I noticed that since using it I was jittery and not sleeping. I narrowed it down to this. You might be fine, but I’m not particularly sensitive to caffeine and it gave me palpitations and anxiety as well as stopping me from sleeping. Tread carefully.
