Base rubber baseboard
Right size, works well as a baseboard. Sticks to the wall well and does not need tools to fix it

Clean area for dust or bumpy walls where it will be applied
Easy to use, will buy again for another room. The glue is very strong. Make sure the walls have no lumps or bumps, if so, sand them down and make sure wall is clean of dust. Quick, easy, and makes the room look so polished!

Good product
I liked the product. Overall it works well and is pretty easy to install. One area that could be improved is the little lip at the bottom that needs to be folded out to cover the floor. It has a mark on it from the manufacturer, but o had to score into it with a cutter to make it really work right. You'd think they could make a better groove in there that would avoid the need for extra scoring. Also to do the scoring along that mark isn't easy. If it were a divot it might work better.

Still beautiful and holding after 1+ years!
I purchased this about a year ago and had applied it within days of receiving. My walls were freshly painted and fully dried. With patience and care this trim went up easily. It added a finishing beauty to my bedroom! After over a full year of the trim being in place it still holds perfectly! It is very tacky, which has contributed to its great hold, but also means when applying to go slowly. You don't want to have to pull it back off and try to realigned it. I live in an old rural family farm house. Mice have been an issue as well as ants in this room. Both typically coming into this room from the lower outer wall. I wondered if mice might chew through it, or if ants would still find their way in. They have not! I will be purchasing more to do each room in the house. I jave also recommended this product to many others.

Glue with grip!
This is very sticky and adheres very well. Won't be coming off any time soon. I put it in my front entry and it looks great!
