Please do not buy this chair. From the very first day I put it together, it started making squeaky noises. The noise is so persistent and loud that it annoys my partner whenever I’m working on it. This alone is a huge drawback, but unfortunately, the issues don’t stop there.Weak Massage FeatureThe massage function on this chair is laughably weak. It’s more like a children’s toy than a real massage chair. It’s completely ineffective and doesn’t provide any real relief or comfort. If you’re looking for a chair with a decent massage feature, look elsewhere because this one is a major letdown.Poor Quality and DurabilityThe puff on the handles has gone flat after just one month of use, which is unacceptable for a chair that cost over €200. The overall build quality is extremely poor. My old office chair, which I’ve had for more than four years, is in better condition than this so-called luxury chair.VAT and Shipping ScamTo make matters worse, the seller is a cowboy thief. I Live in the Republic of Ireland, I was not supposed to be charged VAT by the UK-based seller. Either the VAT should have been remitted by seller to the Irish customs, or I should have paid it directly as the UK is not no longer in the EU. Instead, I received a letter from FedEx demanding that I pay the VAT again on the chair weeks after delivery. When I contacted the seller about this, he referred me to Amazon. Despite multiple contacts, the seller refused to refund the VAT amount.I have been going back and forth with Amazon for over two months, and I recently logged another complaint because I received another letter from FedEx demanding payment within 7 days, or I would incur additional fees. This situation has been extremely stressful and time-consuming.I regret buying this chair and now have to purchase another one due to its unbearable noise and poor quality. The total cost of this disaster was over €200 (Chair: £67, Postage and Packing: £72, VAT: £33).My advice? Stay away from this seller and this chair. It’s not worth the money, time, or hassle. Please, please, please save yourself the trouble and avoid this product and seller at all costs.

Good price and very comfortable was a present for Christmas and they were very pleased. Massages good and heats up well worth the price fully recommend

Don't usually write reviews but found this product absolutely awful. Purchased the item as a birthday present and on the basis of the good reviews... It's expensive for what it is and essentially found it a gimmick. If you want a massage chair I wouldn't buy this all it does is vibrate and is ineffective also the heat function did not work. The chair leans a lot to the left and there is no support for the back when sitting up right at a desk. I found it very unstable, wobbling a lot but tried to give it a few days to hopefully stabilize, this never happened. The chair does recline but does this dangerously, whilst attempting to sit in the chair the back gave way and reclined as far back as possible almost injuring myself (maybe mine was just a faulty model as in the questions it states that you push a button to recline the chair, that button did nothing on mine). The cushioning on the back support is so uncomfortable it almost felt like I was being punched in the back and the chair seat cushioning is so bumpy almost feels like you are sitting on pebbles. I asked my partner to try the chair thinking that maybe it was just me but they felt the same way. It is so uncomfortable, for the money paid I would have expected comfort, my old chair that cost £25 and is over 8 years old provides superior comfort and support. My advice is to avoid this at all costs. I've been and tried out several other chairs in shops and compared the quality and comfort this seems so inferior and far from Deluxe!! Having said that the customer service I received to return the product was very good but please be aware if you do wish to return this the base will not come apart due to the hydraulics and will struggle to get everything back in the box.

Really surprised at how good this chair is for the price! Worth every penny. Multi mode vibration and massage across three zones, seat/lumbar/shoulders. Very warm heat to the three zones also. Good purchase, great price.

I have set this chair up and only used it for 2 days and already the problems have surfaced:1. The inner padding of the back of the chair has already started coming out2. The stitching in the chair is ripped in some places3. The chair leans to the left HEAVILY4. The chair is not steady; it rocks back and forth5. The chair seat is bumpy; you can literally feel the indents in the chair seat which makes this very uncomfortable to sit on6. The chair parts were scratched and dirty despite being in plastic packaging7. The chair assembly package came with 2 screws missing and the pack itself was opened so most likely fell out of the package during handling and shippingNeedless to say I am extremely disappointed with this item. Given how expensive it is I would have thought the build quality would have been somewhat decent but this chair is horrible and uncomfortable. I am not a heavy man, at 150lbs so it's not like I have caused any of these issues.My advice to you is to save your money and buy a different chair, the quality of this one is abhorrent given the price tag. Really wish I didn't buy this myself.

It took me about 2 hours to put together since I was doing it alone. But now that its assembled, I'm extremely happy with it.Its very strong and comfortable. The seat is wide and the back provides very good support. I love the cushioned arm rests, they make using the laptop so much more comfortable.The wheels roll smoothly and the chair swivels well.I must mention that given the particular design of this chair, its very easy for me to sit cross legged on it (lotus position)
