I started to use Dr Dean's ReStructure, ReMag and ReMyte on Aug 1st. It's now the 27th, and I can safely say I'm a believer. I was starting to have to wait until I was relaxed and refreshed to remember small things, someone's first name, or an old song title. Thought that since I was turning 68 this year, it was just the natural progression of age. (And I'm someone who collects trivia.) Then I read the Magnesium Miracle by Dr Dean, got my magnesium level tested at the VA, was told I was in the "normal" range at 23, and decided to try her magnesium supplements anyway. ReStructure is pleasant-tasting, (and I've tried that nasty pea-protein powder) and I don't have any craving for food, and more importantly, sweet or salty snacks. I have to say I can think and recall like I was 20 again! No more brain fog, no struggling to remember small details, no leg cramps in the morning. I have more energy, and am starting to lose weight. I'm on my second container of this stuff, and since it's a whole meal supplement, I can easily fix a glass to boost my nutritional needs instead of cooking. I tried this powder as I saw what a difference it made in a 92 yr old neighbor. It was part of his daily regimen and he had lost weight and looked so healthy. I have taken it for 9 months and lost 20 lbs and have maintained the weight loss while eating sweets and what I enjoy. Iseem to stay close to the weight loss no matter what I eat. Tastes great and is not as “grainy” as other shake products. I have confidence that Dr. Deans products are a step above some of the other Dr. formulated products that I have used. I add frozen banana/Almond milk ice cubes to my shake and it’s very tasty! I’m sure I will experiment with other flavors too but the banana gives it the fruity texture I prefer. I think my (66 yr old) skin is having fewer issues and I just started using it. It must be providing something I’m missing. Time will tell!
