Not really a soft aet
I bought this to use as seed in order to produce some soft set honey of my own. The flavour isn't too bad although a little bland. The crystal structure is far too course and is actually a little unpleasant, more time needs to go in to breaking up the crystal structure until it is extremely small or almost non existent, this will result in a much smoother honey structure that is more pleasant.

Wrong description and price
This is not British Soft Set Honey. It is from Europe and has a completely different taste from the British Honey which has been discontinued. In addition this honey is available for less than £3.00 from lots of other places. I know this because I recently ordered it in quite a large quantity and had to return it, which was a lengthy process although I did eventually get a refund.

HilltopRaw British Creamed Honey
Order on a regular basis very good value and the taste is very pleasant and I prefer to many other brands. Don't know what health benefits it offers but I just like the taste.

Arrived leaking badly.
I was very disappointed to have to ask for a refund on this item because I was looking forward to tasting it as it had very good reviews. It had leaked very badly inside the packaging so was obviously not air tight so I wasn’t confident in consuming it. Such a shame AND a waste of good honey too. 😢
