Product itself is of reasonable quality and works exactly as described. Installation instructions are very brief and suitable for cabinet installers or tradesmen, but novice homeowners may struggle. Attaching the door to the shelves requires patience and forethought about desired self heights and will require appropriate tools to mark and predrill suitable pilot holes into hardwood cabinet doors. Laypersons without strong “do-it-yourself” skills may struggle and are encouraged to enlist the assistance of someone who’s very experienced and handy with tools. The instructions saying it takes 15 minutes to install is laughably underestimated.

Replaced my old lazy susan from around 1996. Was almost the exact same product that was in there. I could have used old mounting brackets if I wanted to, thats how exact this was. Install was pretty smooth after I figured out how to adjust everything. Seems sturdy.

The quality is great but it's extremely difficult to install. It was for me but maybe easier for you. My best tip is before you remove the old top bracket trace the bracket with a marker so you have some kind of reference to go by. The quality is great and this lazy Suzan should work for a long time. Works smoothly.

Make sure you buy the right size for your cabinet. I love this. We had a time finding one to replace our lazy Susan. My grandson broke the first one climbing up to get cereal. 🤭

Original tray was cracking. This replacement is good as new! Call company if you're not sure on size - they gave me the right number to order.

These are the worst installation instructions I've ever seen. "15 min assembly time" - what a crock! Instructions are horribly written, diagrams are confusing, there is no description of the pieces so you have to guess your way through. After two hours I just wanted to throw this piece of crap in the garbage. Even the handyman I hired said the instructions were terrible and it took him over an hour to install. Quality is crap. Shelves are flimsy. Don't waste your money.🤬

Perfect, very easy to install if you had seen and used one before. Center the base first and then fix the top, done. The plan is too complicated.

The unit performs as advertised. I'm an engineer so the instructions made total sense. This is a new install in progress with framed raised panel doors.Top and bottom frames aren't installed yet in the photos but everything still had to be square and level. Using measurements in the guide the gaps are even and the unit rotates freely. Properly tightened the grub screws secure the shelfs for height and alignment. I made my doors attached together before installing so there really isn't any slip or play, weight on the shelves will not be a concern.

This unit works great but is not white came in light brown.
