I have been taking this supplement for the past six weeks primarily for hair support. I have been taking two capsules a day consistently during this whole time.And during these six weeks I have not experienced any adverse effects from taking this product. Conversely, I have begun to see some slightly fuller growth in thinning areas.Overall I am pleased with this item and will continue to use it. I recommend using this consistently with the recommended dosage for well over a month before seeing some type of results.

These seem to work well so far. A little larger than former saw palmetto my hubby was taking. Noticed already that he's not getting up at night nearly as much. He noted there is also much less hesitancy. So far he is pleased with this saw palmetto.

Really like this product. Shipping was fast and in time. Good quality and no issues with absorption or stomach issues after taking. The only downside I had was the Odor of the capsules themselves. They have a strange smell but it doesn’t seem to affect anything and wouldn’t stop me from recommending these.

This supplement compliments all my other men's health supplements by providing not just Saw Palmetto, but also Selenium, Zinc and Beta-Sitosterol (Pine Bark Extract). My hair has been thick and robust for over a year now, and adding this supplement has helped even more. Excellent product.

I buy the regular Saw Palmetto 500mg from Natures Craft and have not had any issues and in seeing the Men's formula of the same product I decided to try it out. I don't know if I just received a bad bottle or if it's designed to smell how it smells, but the smell of the bottle/capsules is straight RANCID! It smells foil, I've never has Saw Palmetto smell that way in the 2+ years I've been taking it as a supplement. The capsules and the extract look great, but the smell/taste is FOUL! And with no way to clearly refund through Amazon, only Natures Craft, I'll just avoid the product outright to avoid the headache of going through NCs customer service dept. 0/5, can't give no stars but unofficially 0/5

This product has a lot of potential with the saw palmetto and Beta-Sisterol blend but threw me way off with the excessive Zinc and Selenium per capsule this supplement has. A zinc deficiency in itself is rare, and I personally know my zinc levels are just fine based off previous lab work. The literature and medical research has demonstrated that excessive zinc and selenium levels in the body can actually trigger hair loss. So just be careful what you consume in your body, even if it’s just a supplement. Remove or lower the Zinc and selenium levels added to this supplement and it’s a winner product. Until then, this formulation needs work in order to help the hair loss community that affects millions.

I did some research on DHT blockers for women with thinning hair, like myself. I wanted to try this because it's a more affordable product with the same active ingredient. I will say I did not notice my hair filling out over night, nor in the over the month this supplement lasted. However I decided to keep trying it and will update this review at around 6 months to see if there's any growth.
