Does what it says, soothing temporary pain relief.Wash hands thoroughly after putting the patch on the affected area as the smell is quite strong.

These patches have been hard to locate recently and it's the only product that helps my mum with her back pain! Brilliant product, highly recommend!Only negative is they are double the price we used to buy them at in Boots 😔

The patches are easy to use and large enough to cover a large joint or bone area. I am using it on a very painful hip joint and it has eased the pain considerably. I still get the leg pain which is connected but not as severe as before. I wouldn’t want to use them long term as they would work out quite expensive (5 in a pack). I put mine on at night and left them on during the day as my pain keeps me awake at night.

Like the headline says, these patches are usually quite pricey so I'll try and snatch a few boxes up if they're on offer.I've used a few different brands and types of patch such as heat patches and Pound shop versions but these are definitely my favourite.I find heat patches didn't work for me as my muscles and shoulders already felt like they were burning, and the Pound shop versions just aren't the same quality.Salonpas don't have any medication in them, they're just lovely and cooling and really help me on my bad days.Very easy to apply, very sticky and once they're applied they stay in place and last for hours.Highly recommended.

It was reasonably easy to apply. Be prepared for an almost burning hot feeling. This product may be perfect for muscular aches but it doesn’t help nerve pain. Heat patches from the £1 shop will give the same effect!

Works on pain relief very well.They are impregnated with basically aspirin.The downside of these patches areA the smell (if you don’t like mint then you won’t like these).B you can only use one at a time. Basically you need to check which pain is more agonising.C difficult to put on if you are alone and especially if you have back pain. You need someone to help you. Otherwise they curl up very quick.D side effects. The side effects for me was spinning room because my stomach kept on changing its position ie in one corner of the room. If you have an ulcer or bleeding you need to see your Dr. The Dr confirmed that because I suffer from GERD or gastric reflux that the side effects match the reported ones. I have been told to take renitadine.

Out of all the pain patches I've used these are the best. Brilliant for the lower back

Relieves back pain when even tablets dont work. Not sure how but they are effective. The boxes were quite crushed when they arrived this time round though, unfortunately.
