Vida Designs Shoe Cabinet, Wooden Shoe Storage Unit with 2 Pull-Down Drawers, Multifunctional Dust-Proof Space-Saving Slim Cupboard for Hallway or Entryway (Walnut)

I found the product to be well-packaged to protect the contents, but with minimal wastage of materials. The instruction sheet illustrated the contents, so it was easy to check everything was there before starting to assemble the cupboard. The assembly instructions were the usual pictorial ones containing limited text, but they were sufficient to figure it all out eventually. To be fair, it would be difficult to put it together in the wrong way because the parts are pre-drilled to facilitate easy screwing. So, it's simply a matter of lining up the holes with the components and screwing together. The screws appear to be good quality and didn't snap off, in fact the entire contents seemed to be well-made and certainly fit for purpose. I bought two of these cupboards. The first one took me around 40 minutes to unpack, check contents and assemble fully; the second one I did in less than 30 minutes! I'm in my mid-seventies and have limited mobility, so young, fit people should do this in much less time. I didn't want to fasten the units to the wall as suggested in the instructions, so I screwed together the two units for better stability. I've stacked the heavier shoes at the bottom and put the lighter ones on the top to further enhance the sturdiness of the cupboards. I'm a size 10/11 UK, so my winter boots and chunky Sketchers would only fit in when I positioned them at a 45 degree angle in the slots, rather than straight on. This has restricted the capacity to two pairs of big shoes in each slot instead of the 2.5 pairs possible with my other shoes. To clarify that, the bottom slot accommodates two full pairs and a single shoe, as does the upper slot in each drawer, giving me the opportunity to store five pairs of shoes in the bottom pull-out drawer. The drawers open and close very easily and seem quite sturdy, I think they'll last a long time. I was pleased with the colour of the units as they matched my interior deco quite closely and they look good in my hallway. All in all I am extremely happy with my purchase and would certainly recommend them to others.

Absolutely love this shoe storage, definitely recommend and would buy again. Comfortably fits my partners size 11 trainers as well as my shoes. Easy to use and went together easily. Looks lovely and is light weight. Looks sleek and in perfect condition would definitely buy again. For the price it’s amazing

Bought 3 of these for my bedroom to make one long unit. Easy to assemble and roomy inside, not just for shoes as I have towels in one, the removable shelves are fantastic as it gives a few options. Wasn’t keen on the silver handles as all of my hardware is black, these (in case anyone wants them) fit perfectly https://amzn.eu/d/0dVJ4zgc Gutted I couldn’t fully customise by adding legs as they’re too thin but still looks good without Great quality for the money

Easy to build dose exactly what its meant to do After I lost parts the seller was 10/10 very helpful and quick with replys and even sent me the bits I needed

Lovely item easy to pit up together. Annoyed with amazon that we been told its coming on day we ordered and then it arrived 2 days late even tho we been promised it will be delivered asap, unit arrived 10pm!!!! Terrible customer service! Driver was lovely feeling sorry for him being out this late and customer service just tell lies over the phone. Shame on u amazon! Very disappointed with ur services. Not seller fault nor driver. Just customer service is awful!!! Hence the low rating

This is the second shoe store I have bought and it’s not because the other one wore out. They are so stylish in my hallway and take up little space yet hold my boots and shoes no problem.

I was very disappointed with the quality. The unit arrived with several scratches and damaged corners. Once assembled, the gaps between the panels are uneven, making it look cheap and poorly manufactured. The cabinet also feels unstable when opening the drawers, even after securing it to the wall with the included attachment. Another issue is the sticker covers provided to conceal the screw holes. They don’t match the wood grain or colour, so they stand out rather than blend in. To make matters worse, only one sheet is included, so there’s no opportunity to choose a closer match. Overall, the finish looks poor and not worth the price.

The Vida Designs Shoe Cabinet is a handy little storage unit that keeps shoes neat and out of sight. It was easy to assemble and the instructions were straight forward. The two pull‑down drawers work smoothly, and it’s a great space‑saving option for hallways or bedrooms. It looks tidy once built and offers good value for money. A simple, practical piece that does exactly what you need it to.
