If I was going to criticize this it would be on two accounts... 1st It's a lot smaller than I had expected, and second, now I've obviously got the wrong interpretation on Sucre, as I was believing it was a book with sugar recipes.. (sugar baskets etc... New and different ways to use sugar) Well I was wrong... It's just a cake book.... But .. It's a very, very good cake book. So if you are looking for something a little different, with recipes you probably won't find too easily else where, then this IS the book for you. ...
