I measured after six months of taking it and I had grown almost a 1/2 inch. product is good, effective. I’m always stretching every morning and before I go to bed. I highly suggest to eat healthy foods and drink milk. I found this with all the major vitamins minerals and amino acids to help maximize growth potential.

This product contains ingredients that are proven to help increase muscle growth and height increase. the difference in this versus other products is obviously the formula, i haven't tried any other height growth supplements before these so i cant speak to their efficacy. But yes, this is very good for adults. For the price to performance ratio I'd say these are definitely worth it, especially considering the scientifically proven components in them.
