The install was easy. You’ll need an Allen wrench to tighten the set screw on the fan wheel at the proper depth but not a big deal. Wiring is compatible. The motor is pretty quiet. Much quieter than the one I replaced. Great price, fast shipping. Good product.

Used other one for3 months. Checked it this year before firing up pellet stove didn.t work. In stove less than a year. Hope this one lasts full season. It didn't last. 4 Months later doesn't work. Don't even bother to contact Amazon for return will refer you to company and company will refer you to Amazon. State i year warranty but not true.
