These are great! They allow me to sleep through the night by opening up my right nostril. It is 2/3 of the way closed from a deviated septum.Now I have seen many, many reviews, with pictures, stating and showing the skin damage that has been done by removing these strips.They have to stick well to the skin so that they stay on all night.In the morning, or whenever you want to remove them, you thoroughly wet both of your thumbs or fingers and starting at the end of the strip, you lift it up with your wet fingers going toward the middle of your nose. As you are wetting the adhesive and removing it, it comes right off with no damage to the skin.I’ve been wearing these for years, and I’ve never ripped my skin off or even had a red area. Use that method, and you’ll be good to go. Sleep and breath well everyone.

I am totally addicted to these. I had originally tried the regular grip ones and it made my nose sore after a few day, my skin too thin Went to these without issues and have them on a monthly subscription now. It allows me to breathe thru my nose all night without issue. The biggest benefit for me is not waking up with a dry gooey mouth. I don’t have sleep apnea but family and friends who do use cpap have said it works better than nasal sprays as its effectiveness is all night. A good choice.

These work amazing! Using them to sleep to hopefully help with bags under eyes. 4 stars because I took them off about 4 hours ago and I still have marks on nose

I have tried other brands, but there is nothing like the original. The particular types of nose openers that I like is these. I have a fairly small nose, so these are perfect. I wear a mouthpiece because of sleep apnea. These Breath Right strips are quite helpful because the mouthpiece makes breathing through my nose mandatory. These aren't rated for help with sleep apnea, but I also have a deviated septum, and these open my nasal passages enough so that I can freely breathe.

3M makes the best nasal strips, but Amazon makes it difficult to realize that you’re buying the wrong size. These fall off because they’re too small, and, when they are on, they don’t function as well as the correct size would. My sleep quality is slightly improved when it stays on and worsened when it falls off in the middle of the night and sticks to my eyelid. This is an Amazon problem and not a “Breathe Right” problem.

I get congested at night and it causes me to take FOREVER to fall asleep. I fell asleep in 5 minutes after laying down with this on! I am interested to see how they work on a daily use!

I use these all the time. These are much better and gentler than the regualr strengh ones. The glue doesn't tear my skin when removed which is the big plus. And they work.

These work great for me. I use a small alcohol wipe to clean my nose before I apply it. I also bend it in half before applying it, this puts it on evenly. I squeeze it in place for about 10 to 15 seconds and it adheres very well. It opens my nostrils beautifully! It lasts all night!
