Good on first impressions
On first inspection, nice and smooth, quite heavy but feels sturdy.Front drag nice and smooth and instant anti reverse, no play.Line lay amazing for a £30 reel, takes a lot of line, I’ve got 300mtrs of .20 braid with about the same of .30 mono as backing.I will review it again in 3 months after being used from the beach once a week to see how it fairs up to give a proper review.First impression look promising though.

Great product for the money
I bought this reel for beach casting and I was so impressed with its performance that I bought another one to use for carp fishing. It casts extremely well and has a good line lay on the retrieve. Not the best clutch but it still works well

AVOID BUYING THIS REEL!!
On first look and feel this looked a good buy. However the first time I used the bottom casing fell off and went into the sea. The screw that held it was still in place, so as it had not been used or mistreated I can only assume the bottom plate was faulty. As the reel will now be open to the element I will not be able to use it.

The reel seems to be amazing but the silicone discs broke on first fish
The silicone discs /clutches broke on first fish ,i really liked the reel unfortunately i can fix plastic parts which are broken

best reel for the money
I purchased this reel to replace my more expensive Penn Reel that was starting to show its age, it is pound for pound as good as my Penn at a third of the cost, and better than some of the other reels on the market at this price, and would recommended this reel to anyone fishing on a budget.

Strong and reliable
Used a few times before submitting review. Great reel, good lone capacity, good retrieve handled a 5lb thornback with ease.I do wash it down after each use and I have no doubt it will stand the test of time. Definitely on a par with my Penn reels.

Tough reel
The reel has a great line lay, good for long distance casts. It feels solid in the hand and very smooth in operation. It is heavier than similar reels, but I would not see that as a problem. Might mean less plastic in its manufacture.

Le moulinet est de très bonne qualité, je recommande. Prix imbattable. Parfait pour la pêche en surfcasting ou la carpe.
