Took a long time to arrive, should have looked at the delivery options. It' slightlhy smaller than the one it's replacing so if you don't put it in correctly - it won't push down the non-drip valve and will fill up and overflow everywhere!User error I guess, works fine if you make sure it's in its place correctly. I don't think this is the products fault - just a general warning that you need to get the right size for your machine and millimetres make a big difference.
