Suffering with brain fog due to being peri menopausal. Gave these a try, they made a difference to my memory. The only concern I have is the amount of bulking agent used in it. So I had tried a different brand with no bulking agents and a higher dose. Good for a first try.

Solgar was traditionally the best in vitamin & mineral supplements. With CoQ10 ... the continuity of use is important. You can't expect major improvements after intermittent use.
