I have bought and returned two of these frames. The first one was broken when I received it and the second didn’t fit. Maybe they custom make these and someone just got the measurements off, but it is kind of frustrating to have to return it and then buy a new one to only open it up and have the frame not fit, especially when it says it fits the size picture specifically. If you choose to buy one, hopefully it fits and is not broken

I’ve bought these before in gold and decided to get some in black for a new art display and I think the quality has gone down over the last few years. I ordered four of these before they sold out and both times I got two frames in the same box and one was in perfect condition and the other had a defect where the metal corner pieces didn’t match up and had an obvious gap between them. Super frustrating to not have great quality control over product and then sell out so I can’t even get a replacement. Also each frame as you can see in the display pictures has four metal pieces at each corner on the back that hold the picture into the frame and glass and with my gold frames they came with four and on my black frames they only came with three which made the frame not feel as stable or held together. Other than those issues the quality of the frame itself is great and I really love this brand. I just think they should have better quality control for metal frames if they’re going to charge that much for them.

This aluminum frame is definitely worth the premium over the cheaper frames here on Amazon. I was hesitant when buying it, but am absolutely glad I did. The quality is not exactly top-of-the-line, but is evident and very good for the money. Do not buy the cheaper plastic or fake wood frames—if you have something worth hanging, invest. This shipped very carefully—double boxed, and with no issues. It looks especially good with a print that I have which includes some gold tones.

These things look incredible and they all arrived in perfect condition! I was a little worried ordering frames with a glass panel because I thought they might shatter during shipping, but these are really well packaged! I took photos of the packaging because other people have already shown how great they look hung up. They all four come in a single box not much bigger than the actual frames (in my photo you will see two inside of the box instead of four because I couldn’t help myself and hung two right away) and inside that box, each frame is packaged in its own additional box as well. When you open the individual boxes you’ll see the back of the frame so you won’t accidentally scratch the glass if you cut too deep along the tape. Each corner is protected with plastic bumpers and the whole frame is wrapped in a plastic cover to protect from scratches and dust. Overall a beautiful product that looks professional with thoughtful packaging that won’t overload your recycling bin!

Frame was very nicely packaged / protected and I was able to reuse the packaging as this was for a gift. The back panel has pressure attachments which are anchored by grommets an inch or two in from the edge and the point slides under the frame edge to hold the back on. BEWARE THE GROMMENTS on the interior as they will press up against your art and may tear / deform the print. I added a layer of archival foam core board — traced the back panel and cut to same size — between the art and back panel. Dents in the foam core would have either ruined the print or not held it well and led to damage / edge creasing over time. I will buy more of these and continue to add foam core backer.

Not the best quality but satisfied for the price. Purchased 3 to hold prints. Looks nice for the look I was hoping to achieve. Nice matt gold finish without being too yellow or orange.

I've ordered 10 of these frames. They are inexpensive and look pretty good. That said, I've had to return at least two for having broken glass on delivery and there's always some small variation in production. More significantly, the the last two that I've ordered have the sawtooth handle and other anchors positioned differently than the first eight. The sawtooth handle also no longer has a hinge. This means that the frame hangs differently (lower) than the others, so be aware if you are ordering multiple frames and arranging them horizontally. Photo attached side by side.
