Amazing product!! I have no worries about highly recommending this product.This is our 4th tin and it makes very tasty and nutritious smoothies. You can add any milk (dairy or nice with coconut or oat milk too). We always add some additional fruit (either frozen or fresh), such as extra strawberries and a banana (Other fruit such as blueberries & raspberries taste good too). It really enhances the taste & flavours.We’ve used the protein powder for other recipes too, such as Joe Wicks pancakes and other treats.Works well to create a nice alternative or healthy snack, meal or treat.In our household we also use the vanilla and chocolate protein powder. I use it as a quick healthy breakfast or meal replacement before or after exercise. My older children use it mainly as a breakfast meal (as it’s so filling, healthy, quick & easy too, but also before the gym or sports training.That you Spiru-Tein,the best I’ve found on the market with additional vitamins & minerals.

Having used this brand (and flavour) previously for adding a protein boost to smoothies, it's so disappointing to taste this product again after some time. It has a nasty chemical aftertaste from sweeteners which linger. I won't be buying this product again and I'm annoyed at making the initial purchase as I cannot continue consuming this product.

Really really nasty taste. Very powdered if not mixed correctly. Colour is green which put me off. Only thing I would say it comes out thick which is nice for a protien shake. Defo wouldnt bug again. This is the second flavor iv tryed. Last one I threw away tasted that bad. Im giving up on this product .now.

I received a tin of Spirutein without a plastic lid! What is the point of this? Ingredients of the powder will loose its properties and effectiveness.The plastic cover is supposed to keep the powder fresh once it is opened from the metal ring pull tin can.

This is an amazing protein powder, I mix it with Spinach,kale and an apple for breakfast! keeps me full till lunchtime, I really recommend it!
