Great company

Good value Flaxseed
First time of using/buying this Flaxseed. Well presented. Good size for the price. First impression good to taste too.

Great supplement
I've been using this product for a month now and have noticed many benefits, improved digestion, skin, hair and nails. I find it easier to add to water and drink

Not consistent in the grind
Good product but there is no consistency in the grind. Check the photo for my last two packs - the top is my previous shipment and the grind is coarse, the bottom is my latest shipment and the grind is fine (but not quite to the level of flour, thank goodness!). I use linseed in my breakfast and don't use it for cooking, so really, I'm looking for somewhere in between these two. Looking at other reviews, I see some people demanding the grind needs to be this or that. Assuming the seller grinds their own linseed, rather than be swayed by the last bad review, it would be best to offer different grinds - perhaps a coarse grind (just to the point where there are no visible whole flattened linseeds) and a fine grind would be fine. I'll see how it goes with this finer grind but not sure we'll be continuing our subscription due to this lack of consistency.

Healthy Boost
I really love this ground flaxseed on porridge, granola, in pancake mix... It has an easy to digest texture and provides a great boost in nutrients. I also find when I eat it on a low fat breakfast with oats, fat free yogurt, fruit and a small drizzle of maple syrup, that I'm full until after lunch time. Daily intake also encourages regular bowel movements and I have started to shift some weight when eating this daily, alongside moderate exercise and a more balanced diet. This was my second purchase (the bag lasts quite a while) and I wouldn't be without. Highly recommended.
