Lemon candy
This is a pretty little box with hard candy. Each of the candy pieces is wrapped individually but the writing there is all in Japanese. There is an English label on the box itself, with the simple ingredients and allergen warning. The candy are light green in color. They taste lemony sweet, clean and simple. I liked them

Small Hard Candies, Similar to Lemon Drops But Less Sour
These individually-wrapped hard candies come in a small plastic box measuring only 4.5” x 2” x 2”. The candies themselves are also small, meaning that a lot of the box is air., whether between candies or inside the air-tight individual wrappings. Fortunately, the lemon flavor is sweet and satisfying. The irregular, rounded shapes fit with the “handmade” description.Although I prefer the mouth-watering sourness of lemon drops, these have their own charms, both in shape and in taste. The lemon flavor tastes pure and as it should. I do have to question the current selling price, even though imported candies always cost substantially more, because they don’t seem unique enough to warrant it.— Debbie Lee Wesselmann

So So candy
Thought I would give this product a try since it was all natural. This candy doesn't taste artificial but it wasn't for me. I guess I'm just used to American style candy and this isn't that. It's also kind of pricey as the package only came with 12 pieces.I think I would rather have a glass of lemonade or citrus sparkling water over this candy. Some may love it, but it doesn't fit my taste buds.

Wow! Overpriced.
personal consumption. Small lemon pillow package stuffed into a small paper packet. Please lemon pillows taste like US made products that sell for 20% as much. I will seek to have it returned for a refund

Good Lemon Flavor
If you've ever been into an Asian super market then you'll know what type of candies these are. Each little candy is individually wrapped and comes with about 12 pieces in each sealed box. The shelf life was almost a year from the time I received the candies. The candy itself is very similar to the guava hard candies or the candy that come in those little tins.Compared to the other matcha flavor candy I think they did an amazing job on being able to put the Lemon flavor into a hard candy. The candy itself is a bit sweet, but the actual taste and flavor or lemon is in the little candy and pack a punch. I loved the flavor and would recommend this one compared to their other flavors

Mild Lemon Flavor - No Sour Notes, Tastes Like a Mildly Sweetened Lemonade
The Eitaro Sohonpo Natural Fruit Lemon Candy is pleasantly sweet citrus candy that tastes delightfully lemony but without any sour notes. The candy tastes fresh and sweet without being cloying, and it reminds me a mild cup of lemonade. While I enjoyed the candy, I was a little disappointed to find that there wasn't a single sour note to the flavor. Because it's made of fresh lemon juice instead of artificial flavoring, the flavor isn't quite as strong as other lemon candies I've eaten, but it's by no means not tasty. Though not a bold flavor, it was still enjoyable. Overall, if you're looking for a lemon flavored candy that isn't sour and has a mild fresh flavor, this is a good candy to consider.

Fantastic flavor.
I tried three flavors of Eitaro's hard candy. I have general thoughts about the candy overall and specific impressions of each flavor.COMMONALITIES:ES describes their candies as having a remarkably smooth texture and not sticking to your teeth. While I'm not entirely sure the latter holds true, as I could get the teeth to stick to my teeth with vigorous chewing, they seem to gum up your teeth less. The former, though, does hold true, they're very smooth through and through, and while it's silly to say, the tetrahedral shape is pleasant in the mouth. These hard candies generally have an enjoyable, natural flavor that isn't particularly strong in an overbearing sense.LEMON:Lemon wasn't quite as smooth as the other flavors. However, the taste is delightful, very unlike Western lemon flavors. It's almost floral and not very acidic (although my tongue says otherwise). It reminds me of yuzu or a fingered citron if you've ever smelled them.Overall, very delicious. I'm most impressed with Eitaro's fruit flavors, but all of these hard candies will impress without a doubt in my mind.

Not for me
I was so looking forward to try it. However, it is not for me. It tasted too artificial or maybe because I am an adult now I don't enjoy candy that much anymore...
