My only comment is the lid could have been better designed with more to grip
I purchased this to replace a Creda spin dryer. I have had it a couple of months and It works well, and the larger capacity is very usefull.My only comment is the lid could have been better designed with more to grip, as when opening with wet hands your fingers tend to slip off.It spins well and isn't too noisy.

Supplier Great product sucks
The company provided excellent service when it went wrong and have refunded the full purchase amount and arranged free return. HOWEVER! the product has a simple 'throttle type' wire cable inside that turns the cylinder brake on when lid opened, this snapped due to poor manufacturing quality control. Nonetheless its an easy repair but the suppliers 'Engineers' could not repair this simple job and have issued a refund. Would not buy the product again due to poor quality control but the company support for return and refund have been excellent . Its just a pain having to return then order a new one etc etc etc.

This is a great machine if you are hand washing
This is a great machine if you are hand washing, but not much use if using a washing machine that spin drys at 1200+.

Having had a creda spin drier for years which was brilliant I had to replace it, I tried a white Knight which was awful and then a Indesit which I could wring the clothes by hand better and then along came the oneConcept,the delivery was unbelievable,it was so fast and the spinner is fantastic it so efficient if I did not Know any better I would say it was my old creda in disguise, I would recommend this product without hesitation.

Great looking and really quiet
Great looking and really quiet.Unfortunately after using the drier once it started leaking.Had to go through the rigmarole of sending the machine back to Germany for a refund that still hasn’t shown up in my account.On the plus side the seller dealt with the return in a professional manner which I cannot fault , it was just a shame the machine did not live up to expectations.
