These were exactly what I was looking for. I really needed something I could use to smooth out the frosting on my cakes, that was tall enough and most importantly, not too expensive. These are all of that and more. As shown in my picture, they’re clear but come with a film you have to REMOVE before using. The one on the left is without the film and the two on the right are with the film on. They’re easy to clean and smooth frosting like a dream, I love them!

These are lifesavers for perfectionists like me! I'm a trained pastry chef but work out of my home now. I love making buttercream cakes but hate that I can always see the imperfections using offset spatulas. The flat scraper helped me to get the smooth, even consistency I needed, and so fast! It took a few turns on the turntable for me to get the right angle and groove but that was me, not the scraper. Definitely recommend!

Remember to remove the plastic thin film, they ARE clear. I loved them, critical for leaving a smooth cake frosting finish.

I got these scrapers to frost my daughter's birthday cake - specifically to make stripes. I made the cake in a 9x13 pan and these were supposed to be 8.9 inches so I thought it'd be perfect. However, they were too long to fit in the pan and I wasn't able to use them at all to make the horizontal stripes I was planning on making. I will probably use them for tiered cakes in the future, but if you're wanting to use these for a 1 layer rectangle cake, be aware they may not actually fit in the pan like they're supposed to.

Sturdy material. I only used straight one not others because I am new in decorating cakes. Serve the purpose of smoothening the cake walls.
