It’s hard to tell how much it really comforts him but I’ve noticed it’s the only toy the pup doesn’t really chew on so I think that says something. He took to the crate right away, but he is a calmer breed and was introduced properly. Seems to like the toy though, he cuddles against it sometimes. Heating pack only lasts a day, would be nice to have more or a reusable one. Heartbeat noise is loud but don’t think he minds. Very soft. Was worried about him opening it up and chewing the heat pack or heart but the Velcro is strong and he doesn’t chew on the toy

I wish I could exchange it but I'm not sure that all the hearts in these dogs could be opened to put the batteries in! My pup loves the dog and has already abandoned his other stuffs for his new pet. Unfortunately, I don't own a screwdriver small enough so I used a tweezer and the only thing I got was a screw that can't be unscrewed. The dog itself is nice and soft but now it doesn't have a heart.

My puppy loves this snuggle pup toy. He is still not used to the heartbeat. I think the sound of it may be a little too loud, which is the only reason it did not get 5 stars. The toy is soft and very durable. Overall it was a good purchase.

I recently adopted a sweet and clingy rescue pup. She was incredibly anxious when I left for work and I gave this little stuffed dog a try. My girl loves it! I click the heart button and she curles right up! I do wish there were a reusable heating pad. We use hand warmers in the pocket sometimes. But honestly she doesn’t seem to mind no heat! This soft toy does the trick every single time! Thank you!

This toy was larger than I expected but our little dog loves it. She immediately started playing with it. When my wife got home the dog went and brought the toy to show off. There is no little bits like eyes that can come off and cause a choking hazard and seems to be really well made.I gave 4 stars because I don't personally feel comfortable having a heat pouch right up against the heart that has the batteries. But the pouch that holds it all is well done with velcro type closure.
