Good but could be better the velcro straps are to short for anyone with large legs or biceps and give way on flex, great however for skinny people

I love the colour and the weight is perfect for my physiotherapy exercises. The Velcro grips firmly but I think the strap is a little short for the ankles and could easily fall off if running. I don't think they would be appropriate for larger men.

Great I am in the process if learning to walk again after being bed bound for nearly two years. My physiotherapist recommended I get these to build up the strength in my arms and legs between the days when he comes out to me. They really are helping make me stronger especially my arms, which I need to be strong enough to use my walker, before using this my arms would give out and I would have to sit own. Nod I can stand up easily and few confident that my arms won't give out. Now that I can stand for a reasonable time. I am going to be starting on sideways steps, along the side of the bed, and the. Move on yo forward steps. I can't wait.

Fit on wrists ok but if you’re a plus size they probably won’t!I’m a size 10 and these will not go round my ankles

Reçu ce matin et testé ce soir, pour l'instant tout va bien, c'est tout neuf, c'est tout beau, à voir sur le long terme et l'utilisation quasi quotidienne, si pas de déchirure, si scratch adhère toujours etc.. On peut retirer des poids. Satisfaite
