ZENGA Black Or Blue Rubber Windproof Jet Lighter With Flame Lock, See-Through, Modern Style, Blue Color

Lovely little lighter! I use this for burning just about anything that needs a strong and powerful flame. The jet comes out blue about 2cm high and is reliable. Its so useful to keep in a tool box. I use it for burning rope ends, heating up heat shrink tube, sterilising knives etc... good bit of kit which has a strong and fairly rainproof housing to it (its just rubber but seems to seal fairly nicely to stop rain etc getting in). You can also adjust the flame height.

Great jet lighter. The single flame is strong and reliable, and at its maximum about an inch and a half long. The lock mechanism works well, it can lock the flame on but also lock the lighter off so that it isn't accidentally ignited. The rubber feels warn in the hand and has a good grip. The base is clear to enable you to see the gas fluid. Seems to be really well made.

9/10 Great little blow torch lighter. I use it for heatshrinking cables and lighting the BBQ. Gas a clear bottom so you can see how much gas is in it.

Bought this on recommendation. For burning ends of rope and bungee. What a great bit of kit easy to use, works really well with easy to control jet flame. Also able to see how much gas left via clear base. Also came half full which was a bonus. Well built hopefully long lasting.

Work fine for a while but give up quick, don't take to refilling to well either. Cheap though.

fits nicely in the palm of the hand and has a good solid feel to it. The action of the lid feels good and it lights on the first click reliably. The slider to adjust the flame size sits just below the hinge assembly making it hard to accidentally move it while the lighter is in your pocket, but accessible enough to adjust it when needed without any extra tools. Have used it outside in the cold and moderate wind without issues, having slid the adjustment slider to about 3/4 of the way to max. The lock slider is in a suitable place, making it easy to use. Seems to take quite a bit of butane, so don't expect it to burn through a tank quickly. The rubber coating gives a nice tactile feel and prevents the lighter from slipping in your hands. Overall a good purchase at a low price. Will need to wait a bit longer to determine its longevity.

These are the best lighters I've come across. Strong, compact, waterproof (with the lid on) and windproof. Even has a child proof locking system. Easily of use in survival situations. Highly recommended!

An excellent lighter for use in harsh conditions -zero complaints at all. Has a much bigger fuel tank than other lighters of this type and proved totally reliable: mine lasted an entire week of hard use in the high winds of the French Alps on just 1/3 of a tank without missing a beat. A great piece of kit.
