Exact replacement
This is the exact replacement for my resmed cpap. Chamber and hose arrived in perfect condition.

Works as intended.
Glad I kept my old one until this one arrived as it does not come with the seal insert. Is unusable without it. Other than that, works as intended.

Works as expected
Bought as an extra so the other one can dry completely before using. Have only used the hose so far, the water chamber looks exactly like the other but without a small hairline crack the original one has. It is really nice to find these accessories here since it was such a pain going through the Dr & Insurance which pays nothing toward it.....

great came on time and as expected.
The machine fell off the end-table in a weird way and cracked a part of the hose, and warped the water chamber. This was to order items out of order of my insurance reimbursement and these were at the best prices and timing.Would definitely do again.
