Fantastic Product - Recommended
I have just taken this product to a scout camp where there were no refrigeration facilities. I was a little anxious that it was not going to live up to the claims on the packaging. I am completely amazed how good it kept my pen cold on the hottest weekend so far this year when temperatures rose to roughly 30 degrees in the shade. I totally recommend this product. It is easy to use, light weight and stays cold for days. It does take a little while to dry out at room temperature but if you put it some where warm I am sure it will take less time. This is quite a small pouch and once swollen I could only fit one pen so I was happy to buy a second.

Essential for travelling in hot countries if you use insulin
You just soak the inner sleeve in water for 5 mins and the internal crystals soak up water and expand, you can then slot your insulin pen in and place in the outer case. It keeps the insulin at a stable temperature for around 2 days before you need to re-soak in water. You can carry in your pocket without worrying about your insulin overheating even in very hot countries.Makes this an essential item for me now when travelling or exercising for long periods in hot weather.

Very useful.
This is an excellent idea and travelling with insulin pens is now a little less worrying. Very simple to use, just soak in cold water for five minutes, drain for about 30 minutes and then use. On the down side, I wish I had not bought the red colour as the dye leaks out every time it is used although the manufacturer does warn of this.

Excellent product
Bought this on the Diabetic Nurse's recommendation because I walk a lot and for air travel. Haven't used it for air travel yet but out hiking it has proved it's weight in gold.Kept insulin pen cool in all weathers. We camped and I kept the NovoRapid in this single use one from Sunday till following Friday. The larger wallet works as marvellously, holding the Levemir and a couple of spare pens.I would certainly recommend this wallet and the larger one which holds 4 pens comfortably.

I should have bought this earlier
I am reluctant to buy anything online because delivery to my home is not convenient. However, once I bought this insuin wallet, I wish that I had bought one before now. I expect that I will use it often in future. Apart from its obvious use for going on holday, I will be able to use it when my insulin pen is due to run out (or may run out) during the day. I can then use the insulin wallet to conveniently take just one insulin cartridge 'incase' I need it during the day. It is light-weight and convenient for taking on public transport, or even in a handbag, as well as for hand-luggage for air travel.

traveling with insulin
This product is fantastic for long flights and hotel rooms without mini bars to keep your insulin cool. It does exactly as it says and keeps insulin either in pen form or vials perfectly cool and ready for use when needed. It will go in your hand luggage without any questions from security staff if you declare it. I have one of the smaller ones in red and as we are going to Australia and New Zealand soon I will be using both of them and know that my insulin will keep perfectly safe.It arrived in a well packed bag and earlier than expected so I am very satisfied with the company.

Really worked.
Used this for my long haul flight to Thailand as you can't use the onboard fridge. Kept my Injections I use which must be kept refrigerated. It kept everything really cold which was brilliant. I kept in my hand baggage. Extra large was enough to hold 4 of my Injection pens, I wouldn't be able to put anymore than this in them.

Keeps insulin dry
I have had a few of these to use whilst abroad and when you do not have a fridge to keep your insulin in. You just wet the inner wallet, leaving it to soak for about 5/8 minutes. The crystals expand and become chilled. Place the inner bag into the outer bag draining any water off and then place your insulin inside. It keeps for about 12 hours and you just repeat the process. I have two bags which I alternate. Do not place them inside a fridge as this will deactivate any cooling process of the crystals.
