Shoulder Pulley Over The Door Physical Therapy System

I was recently diagnosed with a shoulder problem and this is one of the items I was using in my physical therapy. It works well as described on your door. Holds up well , can use standing or sitting with comfort. Gives good range of motion and easy to use on any door that will close. A very good buy for the money. Assortment of colors.

For those of you that had shoulder surgery this product help gain your strength and mobility back. I use this product with two shoulder surgery this product really helps. I'm still using it.

Good option if recovering from shoulder surgery or injury. Materials aren’t heavy duty, but so far are fine for doing PT at home. If you need something that delivers a lot of use, like multiple people using it multiple times a day, or if you need something that last for years, probably look for a more robust pulley system. But if it’s just for one person for a few months of rehab, this is a great price for an adequate piece of equipment.

There is no over the door hook. There is a small knob that fits in the door jab to suspend it. If you open the door, it falls down. Otherwise, it works like the one used at my therapist. Good value for the price .

Inexpensive but good quality pulley, recommended by my therapist for shoulder rehab exercises. The base end can fit over the top of a door, or anywhere along the side of a door, so it's flexible; and the soft nature of the end reduces the likelihood of damage to the door from a metal strap that fits over the door, like most of the pulleys I have seen.
