This is a great quality product. I picked 25 steel-boned and holes, so it’s breathable.First time going on waist training journey as after doing waist exercises, there is no improvement in waist shape and size and my waist and hips line are almost the same size.This item is Sturdy and tucks the tummy in fully and gives a flat look on the front and nice curvy sides. Helps posture and keeping the back straight.But DO MEASURE your waist before ordering. I got confused with reviews and as I always wear size UK 8 and some brands UK 6. So I ordered size small and it was too small and I wasn’t even close enough to tighten up the pins.Then I went and read through the page again and saw the size table and I realised the size of my waist was suitable for size large of this item. I ordered size large and it was perfect.I’m now wearing it for a few days and love it and see improvement.Having said that I’m on diet and do regular exercise so I hope to see improvement soon.Get the right size. Too big won’t work. Too small gets uncomfortable ( if you could close it)Recommend it

This is the best waist trainer I have purchased, it is comfortable and do not roll up or down when sitting down. The quality is good and it clinche your waist.Would recommend and I have already done so

Wow I'm a size 22 it did the job I ordered a 6X on a whim and I'm so glad I did.Nice afford corset and it's quite comfortable easy to do up from the bottom up. I can breath and sit in it.Even happier that it came true with next day delivery.It's really sucked me in and I only tried on with the middle setting as I'll be wearing it to a meal.I can definitely go a bit tighter. Tried It on with trousers they were litterally falling down at the front.Tried It on with a cotton skirt and it was even better partner noticed right away I think it's great for more thicker or cottony material. I did try it on with some silk and satin dresses, because it's a bit silicon feeling it does catch on the dress when your putting it on so I'd probably recommend a different fabrics corset if the dress is a thin fabric. But its still worth having in your draw if you want something affordable that you need right away 😄

You should order down a size. I am a medium so I ordered medium but even on the tightest setting it does not feel tight enough to make a difference. I have used waist trainers in the past that really squeezed and defined my shape.

I am a size 14 and was looking to get fitter and healthier. This is amazing! I heard that waist trainers can help as part of a active healthy lifestyle. I have never tried a waist trainer before but this is so comfortable and flattering. It came the very next day in plastic parcel packaging and then in its own zip lock bag. It felt heavy and the fabric is lovely which gave it a luxurious feel.I did work up a sweat putting it on for the first time but once its on its very comfortable and quickly moulds to your body shape. I wear mine right up under my bust, in fact I found it more comfortable to wear my bra over the top just so the top part of the waist trainer is underneath the bottom of the bra. This keeps it in place and makes it more comfortable when sitting down all day like me. It has a silky smooth texture to it and the latex keeps it in place. No rolling over or bending when I sit down and it keeps my back nice and straight.The first day I put this on I wore it on the loosest clasp. The second day I managed to get it on the middle clasp and it almost felt as if the waist trainer had adjusted and stretched to my body shape ever so slightly. The third day I still kept it on the middle clasp but by day four I was able to put it on the first clasp which was amazing and felt really good.Chances are its just stretched, but it does supress my hunger and unnecessary eating habits. I have also been more active and been out on my bike and been to the gym so I am hoping all of this combined will give me the kick start I desperately need. I have not weighed/measured myself but in just a few days I feel better already. Probably psychological but if it helps then why not.It has now been three weeks since I tried the waist trainers and I am very pleased. I am now on the loosest clasp of the L size 12. I'm a size 14 but I have managed to stretch this slightly so that it fits better. The smaller is comfortable and really cinches my waist in although when it comes off I can finally relax. It makes me sit up straight and looks good under my clothes and I feel more comfortable with it on especially if I am going out or am wearing a dress. It helps supress my hunger and I am very happy with both purchases

This did exactly what I hoped. I bought the smallest size despite bring more of a 8/10. It took a good 10 minutes to mash my belly in to it- I have included a photo of the bagel sized ball of fat that was really stubborn, I had to lay down and brute force it in. Could only get to the first hooks, they must be incredibly durable because I am definitely just outside the upper recommended size and they did not shift at all. The material is strong and rubbery with a lot of steel bones. It made my figure so much slimmer and gave me my waist back (temporarily). I wore it for around 6 hours. I have left a photo of how it marks the skin. It actually looks pretty good as a "waspie" corset but I put some high waisted nude control pants over. Just bear in mind back fat has to go somewhere so you will get some rolls appear at the top and under armpits but easily hidden. Super happy with the purchase, I felt so much more confident wearing it. I probably should just buy clothes that fit my post baby body but this lets me shoehorn myself into slinky clothes that would look horrid if my belly was free to bulge and wobble unrestricted.
