These were tasty at first, but with nearly all flavored gum, , the flavor didn’t last as long as I would’ve liked, but that isn’t the primary reason anyone would buy these. People are looking for a healthier alternative from the big box brands that contain some concerning ingredients, and with all of the ‘good’ ingredients this brand has, the lack of long lasting flavor is an insignificant factor when giving it a review. I feel as though I’m doing something positive to contribute to my dental health. You can chew each piece for a while and know that you’re releasing great ingredients to help your teeth stay strong and healthy.

I was chewing plastic. I had absolutely no idea. Then I learned about it and was mad at myself for not knowing sooner. Plastic! "Gum base" is plastic. Yeah, I thought I was taking care of my teeth but instead all those microplastics I was trying to avoid were being released right into my mouth. No good. Now what?Enter this gum. Refresh. Yes, the best. "Chew Sap, Not Plastic." THANK you! Plant-based chewing substance—"chicle gum base." Bonus: no "bonus" microplastics! Plus it's really good. A real pleasure. I can look forward to it again now.Three flavors safe for cats to be around (cats are not okay around mints or citrus—especially essential oils since they are unnaturally concentrated)—bubblegum, raspberry, and peach. All very good. Plus the pieces are huge so you can get away with only using one and still clean teeth after meals. I had to use multiple pieces of the plastic-based gum to get the job done. Expensive cheap gum that was.Totally love this brand—very transparent—and love that I found a safe—zero plastic—gum alternative. And this is actually the best gum I've ever tried. So much better. It tastes really good and does not leave that weird chemically aftertaste in your mouth. It works, it's safe, and it's Refreshing…! Had to do it.

this gum put me in the hospital with intestinal swelling. you can have an allergic reaction to sorbitol and xylitol. this gum gave me terrible diarrhea not long after i had some. and later that night i woke up with some of the worst abdominal pain ive ever had. my wife had to bring me to the emergency room in the middle of the night.

great tastes in the variety pack. Love the clean ingredients without microplastics that are found in other chewing gums! The overpackagung and presentationis a bit much and probably contributes to the cost which is a bit high even for healthier gum. I love the i gredients, i could care less about the boxing

Best gum I could find considering the ingredients, but I wish the flavor would last longer. I’d say it lasts the longest of the “better for you” gums I’ve tried but still not near as long as your typical gum with the not so good for you ingredients. It doesn’t disintegrate though like a lot of these healthy kinds can and for that I’d say it’s still worth the price.

This is delicious and it will feel different on your teeth. I am not sure how to describe it but it feels so much better knowing that you aren't chewing through bits of plastic. I enjoyed the flavor and the texture. Once again, this is difficult for me to describe, but I just know that I like it. I wish the cost were lower, this is pretty expensive for chewing gum. Maybe if more manufacturers switched to this type of gum, there would be more competition that would bring costs down. One can hope!

Such high expectationsLooking for a gum company that hasno plastic ,✅Sugar free ( great lasting flavor it has ) ✅and chewable ✖️Let me tell you a story.This gum is not chewable .Just picking up one gum chicle and putting it in my mouth .I remember my boss walked up to me and it was in my mouth as they were speaking and I needed to spit it out but something was important they had to say and in maybe a 2 minute conversation the GUM WAS DISSOLVING IN MY MOUTH - DISSOLVING ! YES .As the 2 minute conversation was going on I was barely attentive as to the weirdness I was experiencing because I literaly swallowed what was left of it as to not spit it out.So Refresh please do better you have so much going for you !There are other companies with zero plastic that have good chewability but make their gum with sugar :(I really would love REFRESH + SIMPLY GUM need to have a love child with no sugar.

The peach flavor is mild but good. It tastes natural and it is. The chicle does stick to my dental work on one side, and it gets increasingly sticky of an hour or so. That isn’t a big deal though, considering this isn’t laden with petroleum byproducts. I’d prefer a slightly sticky chew to a plastic one any day.Update: the stickiness I experienced the first time was a one off. I’ve tried a few more flavors and garden mint is my favorite. I chew one piece of gum all day while I’m working. This is the prefect texture and never breaks down like plastic gum. This is such a superior gum, it’s hard to understand why petroleum based synthetic gums are the norm.
